- You understand that Black Blood facilitates connections with NHS Blood and Transplant but is not itself a blood collection service
- You acknowledge that final eligibility to donate blood is determined by NHS Blood and Transplant, not by Black Blood
- You understand that submitting a booking form does not guarantee an appointment — our team will contact you to confirm
- You consent to being contacted by the Black Blood team regarding your registration or booking

Content on this Site relating to blood donation, sickle cell disease, and health matters is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
